In 2021, Detroit experienced its second '100 Year Flood' in seven years. Thousands of homes were flooded, some for the second or third time. This documentary looks at the intersection of flooding and climate change in the Midwest, and celebrates ways that Detroiters are recovering and becoming more resilient in the face of floods.
